My personal all time favorite baguette in the world! Also famous for their black sesame pastry. Plus located in my favorite neighborhood.

THE jazz bar featured in Lalaland. Used to be right under my bedroom so could hear them every night. Solid group. Could be crowded; too hot in summer

My now go-to place for cassoulet basque. Such a good treat when it is freezing outside! Also have a few other locations.

My go-to cheese shop around the neighborhood. Run by MOF cheesemaker with several shops around Paris!

Their veal brain is too famous that it's not a hidden gem anymore. Either way if you could get a reservation take a try!

The famous croissant place. Recommend if you are nearby - the line moves fast!

One of the very few cafes in paris that's laptop-friendly. I think they also host lectures and other intellectual activities that worth checking out! Foods & drinks are just meh.

Might be the cleanest restaurant on this street if you want to escape from kebab. Good falafel & burger.

Ok korean food in the area. Went for hangover cure... Kind of worked but not really.

Bakery of Ritz Paris. Super good madeleine and mille-feuille. Classic french pastry, might be too sweet for some though. Another store located next to the hotel. This one is a good energy boost after Le Bon Marché

One of the few laptop friendly place in paris, but no wifi (and bad signal). Also do check out the actual bookstore!

Little park in the neighborhood. Sometime packed with tourist groups, most of the time good place to chill.

Paris branch of one of Taiwan's most renowned teahouse (紫藤庐). Also have hand-picked traditional Chinese pastries that are absolutely delicious. Laptop-friendly. Reservation recommended on weekend.
